However, Mr. Dung noted, the Amata side should pay attention to coordinate with the province to quickly resettle the people to arrange for people whose land is acquired for projects, so that compensation and liberation can be realized. ground.

Another smart city project of Amata, Amata Ha Long, has a planning proposal located in Uong Bi city and Quang Yen town (Quang Ninh). Representatives of Amata said that they had recently formally proposed to the People's Committee of Quang Ninh province to implement the smart city project after the industrial park had and is starting to implement the infrastructure.

According to Amata's proposal, Amata Ha Long smart city planning will be studied and invested on an area of ​​1,720ha. Of which, 456.1ha will be land for residential areas; 560.2ha is an education and training area; The remaining 703.8ha will be a mixed area. The city will provide ecological housing for more than 200,000 people, an international standard workplace for more than 218,000 employees, by the time of completion in 2035.
